Who is who – Ivana

Meet Ivana! She is part of the candidate support team and is the first point of contact for our customers. Learn more about her and why she enjoys working for Swiss Exams.

About your career and interests?

After my graduation, I studied dental technology but then decided to change my career path and move in a new direction since I always liked foreign languages. I have experience in working with people, mostly in the Customer Service sector. In my free time, I enjoy travelling, good books, yoga, and drawing.

About your position?

As a Partner and Candidate Relations Coordinator, I take care of administrative tasks and individual candidate inquiries for Goethe, Cambridge English or IELTS exams either on the phone or via email. I am the first point of contact for candidates, teachers, schools and companies.  I also make sure the exam registrations are processed correctly.

What do you think about Swiss Exams?

I am pleased to work for a company that operates in the field of education. I perceive Swiss Exams as a fair, innovative company with the right values.

Our team consists of people with well-combined skills. All of my colleagues are helpful, and we can rely on each other.
