We strive to give you an initial response to your complaint within two working days. As part of our investigation of your complaint, we will contact any concerned parties which are relevant to the investigation. We will endeavour to give you feedback within 30 days. If the investigation takes longer, we will inform you about the progress and when to expect our response.
